Website : Objective The P&C Account Manager is mainly responsible for reviewing and remarketing existing accounts assigned.
Responsibilities Oversee the existing accounts assigned and maintain a high renewal retention rate Maintain client relationships and continuous growth, follow agency procedures for renewal workflow and timeline Gather updated information from existing clients, prepare submissions, identify markets, quote within admitted carriers,
compare quotes, prepare proposals, present and post binding activity and documentation Negotiate rates and terms with insurance carriers Discuss coverage & forms with client on the renewal term Attend training sessions and courses to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge Maintain client files with consistent documentation Be proficient and available to carrier rating/quoting system provided for agency use Provide proactive risk management advice to existing clients and resolve client issues Proactively identify and pursue cross-sell and cross-referral opportunities amongst existing clients Identify carrier risk appetites, carrier information, target classes, and underwriting guidelines Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C commercial line Associate degree or equivalent is preferred Good listening skills and the ability to identify clients' needs efficiently P ositive learning & teaching attitude, ability to work in a teamwork environment Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Agency Management System etc Benefits Starting $3,500 ~ $4,800/month depend on experience, will raise if pass probation Health insurance (medical/dental/vision/HSA) covering spouse and dependents 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave (6 days), paid personal leave (6 days) Paid vacation (accrued based on years of employment) Paid holidays, paid jury duty, paid training To apply, please forward your resume and cover letter to xyz X@
