staff members need for additional system wide understanding of program functions. Coach Agents and Account Managers on analyzation of Applied Epic report and how they are applicable to each agency. Audit new and renewal data entered into Applied Epic for information accuracy and quality.
Become acquainted with Company websites to assist Ins Div. Ops. Officer with site troubleshooting. Maintain continuous understanding of Applied Epic workings by attending webinars, seminar, and annual Applied Net conference. Secondary Duties: Work as a team with departmental counterparts on planning and implementing assigned projects and products. Participate on various committees and project teams as
deemed appropriate by management. Attend, actively participate in organization, job specific training offered, and Quality Service programs. Adhere to all applicable Policies and Procedures of Bank West organization.
