Job Title: Medicare Insurance Agent Job Description: A Medicare Insurance Agent will assist Medicare eligible beneficiaries in enrolling into Medigap and Medicare Advantage plans that best fit their needs.

Agents will answer questions regarding eligible plans and offer education on each available option. Leads on Medicare Advantage eligible beneficiaries will be provided by CVIG. Agents will use a dialer system, a CRM, and other web-based tools provided by CVIG to conduct compliant outbound and inbound calls to eligible beneficiaries. Agents

will be required to stay current with ongoing licensing and compliance requirements. (CVIG can assist in further licensing)· Experience contacting

Medicare eligible individuals via telephone. (Preferred)· 1-year minimum acting as an insurance sales representative in the Medicare space.

Responsibilities: · Complete sales training regarding product knowledge and systems. · Ensure a positive customer experience by educating customers on the features and benefits of the product, responding to questions, and overcoming objections. · Successfully enroll clients in appropriate Medigap and Medicare Advantage plans. · Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to Medicare
