Assists members and potential members in understanding and utilizing Credit Union products and services. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum two (2) years' experience in member service, operation and/or lending. Demonstrated knowledge of CU products, services, policies, and procedures.

Previous telephone sales and customer service experience. Excellent oral, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Must possess a strong service orientation. Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment. PC proficient including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and

the Internet. Extensive telephone work involved.
