of rate segmentation Participate in underwriting referrals to home office from all international A&H countries, including Leisure Travel, Direct Marketing, Corporate, Affinity and Credit.
Ensure that underwriting referrals are compliant with Underwriting Guidelines, Policies and Procedures, Underwriting Authority, Risk Appetite and the company's overall strategy and goals Encourage underwriting thought process in referrals made by local and regional underwriters. Assist in new product development and implementation. Support regional underwriting and analytic teams to accelerate and optimize digital distribution Conduct and participate in underwriting audits internationally. Support underwriting
and reinsurance placements for key global partners.
Support proactive portfolio and account management with the use of data and analytics Support the development and implementation of global best practices pertaining to data analytics, rating models and rate optimization. Four-year college degree 3+ years of relevant underwriting, actuarial or insurance analyst experience. Strong analytical skills, data management and database knowledge Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications. Working experience with data analysis program languages such as R or Python and visualization tools such as Power BI or Qliksense. RADAR is a plus.
