It is very important to be detail oriented for this position as you will have to verify sensitive information over the phone with multiple carriers. Responsible for answering our phone system and assisting clients with any questions about their accounts. Inbound calling. Experience working with clients over the phone as a CSR preferred.
Assist our Compliance Manager with call auditing by listening and screening our agents calls in order to give feedback and training. Responsible for data entry into our CRM system and google sheets.
About You: You have 1-2 relevant years of work experience. Preferably, working directly with customers and carriers over the phone. You have a warm energetic speaking style and genuinely enjoy helping people. You have experience in data entry and detailed oriented.
