Oversee the renewal process and coordinate setting strategy with the client, Sales Executive, and Marketing. Ensure timely renewal of all policies. Direct client service requests to the Account Manager, to include the issuance of proofs of insurance and processing of change requests, in accordance
with agency guidelines, workflows and standards. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell in partnership with the Sales Executive by determining which products best meet clients?
