equivalent Five (5) years of directly related experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in the construction or HVAC industry, including but not limited to boilers, burners, controls and psychometrics Demonstrated knowledge in control theory, automatic temperature controls, building automation systems and other building subsystems Knowledge of HVAC&R theory, solid mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair skills Ability to read wiring diagrams, mechanical layouts and blueprints Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and working proficiency with handheld devices such as Smartphones, i Pads, ect.
