will include: Respond to client service requests for Audio, Video, Broadcast system support Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve, AV hardware, software, and network system issues Troubleshoot and repair IT-based hardware or software and network technology systems that provide broadcast and AV services Perform maintenance and service calls on client sites as needed Track requests, communicate problems, and document resolutions in helpdesk platform Support Windows/Linux-based digital signage system to ensure playback functionality Troubleshoot LED and DSP equipment issues Maintain LED and DSP equipment and systems Ensure the stability and integrity of network voice, data, video, audio, and wireless-access
services used in a large-scale audiovisual and event production facilities Support on-site installation of systems by working with client IT organizations or services Configure, deploy, administrate, and maintain broadcast/audio/video/control workstations and servers Participating in on-call support as needed Provide support to integration team working on new projects/jobs site installations You are someone who has: Knowledge of signal flow for audio/video and control systems 5+ years working in large scale live broadcast environments Implemented, administrated, and troubleshoot audio or video infrastructure devices Managed windows-based workstations, desktops, servers, or vms Integrated various
AVover IP solutions; kvm, video transport/streaming, audio-over-IP, etc.
Worked with non-technical customers or clients of various skill level Ability to remain efficient and organized while handling multiple tasks simultaneously LED equipment knowledge and experience DSP equipment knowledge and experience Proficient in cable termination techniques and standards Knowledge of various video and audio formats or processing Ability to create accurate client operations guides and documentation for systems Strong computer skills in a Windows and Linux environment Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology, software, products using documentation and resources Comfortable being on lifts and ladders (10FT+) Willingness to travel and comfortable using public transit We know you have your choice of roles for your next opportunity.
