Key Job Responsibilities include: Perform vehicle services as outlined in the work order Perform vehicle inspections, document and notify service advisor of findings including labor and parts. Accurately document all work performed. Problem solve and provide alternative solutions to advisors and customers as needed. Communicate with advisors and services managers in a professional manner on a daily basis. Complete
and stay current on all trainings set forth by manufacturer to improve product knowledge and customer service. Follow all shop policy, procedure, safety and environmental rules.
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and work area while performing service or repairs. Minimum of three years of automotive repair and diagnostics experience. Nissan experience preferred. Professional demeanor and work ethic including a demonstrated ability to take initiative. Online training completed with ASE and/or franchise certifications preferred Ability to drive manual transmission Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
