experience of HVAC system installs and repairs in industrial environments Troubleshoot customer equipment issues Repair, install, or replace HVAC and/or refrigeration equipment Ability to fabricate and install duct work Ability to set and hook up equipment Able to perform and manage service calls Clear and consistent communication with project managers, customers, and estimators.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Complete all required paperwork for each project including customer requested paperwork. Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. This role requires ability to drive a company vehicle.
Must keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times. Must have completed an HVAC apprenticeship program.
