You have a courteous and friendly attitude. The Service Technician/Installer r epairs, maintains, and assists in the installation of micro markets (mini convenience stores), vending machines, coffee machines and other equipment. This position works a Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule. How you will make an impact: Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle. Use all senses to inspect the machine to determine root cause of malfunction; dismantle machines
to gain access to problem area. Troubleshoot/fix various coffee, water, vending machines, coolers, freezers, credit card readers, kiosks, etc.
Monitor remote systems to determine if equipment needs maintenance and/or repairs. Assist with preparing machines for installation at accounts and in installations and removals. During service calls, installations, and removals, build a rapport with customers and communicate with them to determine the best way to move equipment in and out of the building. Maintain clean and safe work environment within the warehouse and vehicle and at the work site. What you bring to the table: 2+ years working with mechanical/electrical systems, equipment repair, or installation Customer service experience preferred Experience in small machine repair, a plus Must be able to lift 75lbs on a consistent basis Valid driver's license Minimum of five years safe driving experience The good part!
