Service Technicians are a part of a nationwide service team that install, repair, and maintain small-scale commercial reverse osmosis filtration and water dispensing systems. The Service Technician role is a field-based position that is hands-on. We will put you through paid training before you go on the road.
Once you pass your exams you will be given a company-branded van, think of mobile warehouse, to use during your time on the road. Lodging, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and food expenses covered while traveling. The successful candidate will be based in our Northwest territory and will cover from Washington state out to Colorado and in between. Examples of water treatment technologies
you could work on include reverse osmosis, de-ionization, and standard plumbing accessories. Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance Conduct maintenance and repair activities Perform analytical water testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, p H, in addition to other site-specific testing requirements Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of equipment, replacement parts, tools, and accessories Carry out mechanical troubleshooting on equipment as needed Create and maintain site paperwork and documentation to provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed Consult with the operation and technical support teams Maintain company
