Reimbursement, Professional Development Assistance Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday (Rotating On-Call Schedule, Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion) Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Required Qualifications: Maryland Journeyman's License 5+ years of residential service & troubleshooting experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to pass background & drug tests Must be knowledgeable about different troubleshooting techniques Knowledgeable of air balancing principles and techniques Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experienced with a wide range of equipment Experience making repair and replacement decisions Demonstrate the willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Ability to lead and train entry-level staff and team Advanced customer service skills Excellent communication skills Qualifications Desired: Maryland Gas Fitters license preferred but not required
