Our HVAC Service Technicians typically work Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with a rotating on-call schedule. This HVAC technician position comes with top production-based pay of $80,000 to $110,000 in the first year.
Our technicians also enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus after 30 days. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN 3+ years of residential air conditioning service AND sales experience EPA certified Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or small crawl spaces Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test upon hire Valid driver's license and a good driving record Having your NATE certification is preferred but not required.
