the high-quality expectations we set for our customers. Currently, we're seeking a Solar Service Technician to safely support solar system troubleshooting activities on both commercial and residential solar projects as well as ongoing service and O&M work.

Fieldwork includes travel to each site, electrical troubleshooting (DC/AC), system monitoring, testing, and inspection of new systems, as well as troubleshooting communication and performance issues. Office work includes some documentation management Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, overtime as required Pay Scale : $26.00 - $32.00/hr, Depending on Experience Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Company Match, PTO, Paid Holidays,

Phone Allowance, Uniform, Aflac Education and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum three years of progressive experience in the electrical field Journeyman license preferred Generator Installation Experience preferred 10 Hour OSHA Certification preferred Must have good verbal and written communication skills, including tact and diplomacy.

Valid PA driver's license with an insurable driving record required Key Competencies - Minimum : Demonstrate safety, quality, and customer-first focus Troubleshooting expertise with the ability to systematically approach issues, diagnose and correct the issue at hand Familiarity with configuring communications and troubleshooting

Ethernet, Modbus, and other computer networking connections Practical experience with electrical wiring and basic construction practices Proficiency with AC/DC multimeter and amp clamp and electrical systems diagnostics Successful experience working self-sufficiently with minimal or no supervision Resourcefulness is needed when dealing with products less familiar Focused learner with new products and solutions Ability to work under pressure and multi-task; in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Skills in the use of Word, Excel, and other common office software Process-oriented and strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers and vendors Comfortable working on various roofs (Pitched / Flat) Collects and organizes information from customers and other team members as it relates to the work order and other projects needed to be completed Communicates and updates customers on information related to their requests, projects, and work completed • Assists with Solar Site commissioning projects as needed for new installations Assists with close-out work orders and projects Consolidate and collect accurate information for customers and other team members to assist in decision-making, planning, and coordinating Key Competencies - Preferred : Journeyman Electrician Experience with IV Curve tracer, IR camera, and other testing equipment Experience with Filecloud or similar document management software Strong problem-solving skills and ability to see the big picture, anticipate problems and how they will affect the customer/project, and proactively address these issues Valid NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification Solar Service Technician Equipment certification including Pettibone, skid steer, and lift IT knowledge and understanding of different systems and how to troubleshoot 5 years of industry experience
