With bonuses and commissions , our HVAC Technicians can earn $95,000+/yr. HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS At least 7 years of residential HVAC Technician experience Relevant licenses and certifications Knowledge of local codes Experience with heat pumps, split systems, high-efficiency systems, hydronics, and steam systems A valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass periodic drug tests Any experience with flat-rate pricing is a plus, but not necessarily required!
