Working under the guidance of your supervisor, you will ensure that all necessary materials and tools are reviewed and available for each project. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you fill out STA forms and T&M tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of services performed. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean work area and van, accounting

for tools and materials, and notifying your supervisor of any issues that need to be addressed.

You will have the opportunity to mentor and guide apprentices and helpers, teaching them best practices, safety protocols, and enhancing their proficiency. Building strong relationships with our clients is essential, and you will be responsible for checking in with the customer/owner before beginning any work and ensuring their satisfaction upon completion. You will have the chance to participate in our mentorship program and attend job site briefings, orientations, and safety meetings. Additionally, maintaining a reasonable amount of materials on your van will help minimize customer costs and reduce the need for frequent trips to the supply house.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU As an Experienced HVAC Service Technician for us, you will need to be able to perform precision tune-ups, run diagnostic service calls, install parts, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
