Drives lead generation and sales. Provides positive customer interaction. Will assist with new construction installs during the slower seasons. Pay scale : $20.00-$28.00 plus sales commission and spiffs! Qualifications : 2+ years of HVAC Service Technician experience preferred Valid driver's license and insurable driving record EPA certified; trade school experience preferred Professional appearance and hygiene Understand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance Able to work on a 28 foot extension ladder and 12 foot step ladder Demonstrates advanced customer service and ability to communicate clearly Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting
