Efficiency programs. This role combines strong technical writing skills with graphic design capabilities. Responsibilities Include: Working with the Project Lead to create training guides, presentations, job aids, and backssments Designing visual models and frameworks to document processes and workflows Developing templates for process and project documentation Creating infographics, charts, and other visualizations to communicate data Drafting reports, briefings, and executive presentations Ensuring documentation and materials meet style, branding, and accessibility standards Collaborating with teams to produce high-quality deliverables on schedule Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's

degree 4+ years of relevant work experience Technical writing skills with ability to make complex topics easy to understand Graphic design skills and experience with design software/tools Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong organizational and project management skills Collaborative team player with ability to work independently Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards Knowledge of training development and documentation best practices Work Setting and Environment: Monday - Friday, normal working hours Work is to be performed remotely If on-site meetings are required, a 5-day notice will be given and travel will be reimbursed How Fed Writers Will Compensate
