DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support, maintain and configure physical and virtual firewalls and load balancers, ensuring optimal network security and efficient distribution of network traffic.

Establish, configure, maintain, and monitor IPSec tunnel, Site-to-site virtual private networks, express routes, and/or direct connect. Support, maintain, and configure web application firewalls (WAFs) with a focus on staying updated on the latest threat prevention

techniques. Develop and consistently update comprehensive network diagrams and utilization reports for the entirety of DSS' network infrastructure. Create, update, maintain, support and configure AWS VPC, Azure VNets, Subnets and Route Tables.

Support, maintain and configure corporate's VPN. Ensure that virtual network appliances are properly tagged. Monitor DSS' entire network to promptly detect outages and track utilization trends. Identify patterns in network utilization that require capacity or configuration adjustments to minimize end user impact and optimize costs whenever feasible. Coordinate, plan, and execute network capacity and configuration changes as needed, including the

installation of new networks when required. Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches for cloud network administration.

Take charge of network and IT troubleshooting, leading collaborative problem-solving efforts involving external vendors, support personnel, and organizations. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools in physical, virtual, and Cloud environments. Adhere to all procedures and policies, including Incident and Change Management protocols. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical support and process documentation. Actively participate in implementing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies, maintaining detailed technical support documentation.

Perform capacity monitoring and contribute to short and long-term capacity planning initiatives. Fulfill on-call responsibilities and after-hours duties as required. SECURITY AND PRIVACY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Individuals working for DSS will be subject to security and privacy requirements as explained in HIPAA, Fed RAMP, and NIST 800-53. Additionally, they are required to undergo specific Fed RAMP training to ensure compliance with all associated controls and responsibilities in the day-to-day performance of their duties.

Individuals working in departments that are considered to be in the high risk category will be required to undergo advanced training based on their role and level of access. Individuals with access to modify data and the configuration baseline will require further training. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: 2+ years of experience in cloud network administration and support roles.

2+ years of experience administering Windows Server operating systems. 2+ years of experience with Palo Alto Firewalls 2+ years of experience with Azure/AWS and KEMP load balancers. 2+ years of experience administering servers and services in Azure and AWS. Extensive experience with Wireshark to perform network troubleshooting and analysis. Experience with drawing complex network diagrams using Microsoft Visio. Deep WAN and LAN configuration and troubleshooting skills. Extensive experience maintaining and troubleshoot basic networking, firewall, wireless access points and switch configurations.

Deep understanding of cloud networking protocols in AWS and Azure. Working knowledge of Linux operating system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent technical documentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely, technical information to non-technical staff, both orally and in writing; prepare clear, detailed instructions. Exhibits mature organization and time management skills. Experience administering servers and services in the Cloud. Desired: Project management Education: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
