100% onsite. For holidays, the day off would fall on the day before the actual holiday. Job Responsibilities: Provide IT helpdesk support over phone, email and in person. Run and monitor batch jobs, such as integrated store order processing. Stock, print and sort picking labels.

Install, upgrade, troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, printers, peripherals and RF devices. Provide technical support for standard and proprietary desktop software. Maintain and troubleshoot proprietary material handling hardware from 3 rd party vendors. Job requires lifting and transporting PCs, monitors, terminals, printers, and perform repairs or coordinate with vendors on more complex repairs. Relate to a

diverse group of people, including team members, senior management, business customers, and vendors with courtesy and in a constructive, professional manner. Adapting to the ever-changing IT environment of the business.

External Basic Qualifications High School Diploma/GED and previous experience in a technical support function.

Knowledge of equipment pieces, including printers, terminals, PCs, RF communication hardware, etc. Intermediate-level knowledge of personal computer hardware and Windows operating systems. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps - Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Experience following processes, recommending improvements, translating technical terms to non-technical users, solving technical problems and working in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications IT certifications, or 3 years of IT support experience. Experience at a distribution center or manufacturing environment.

Experience identifying and working with basic electronics, such as computer components, A/V equipment, RF devices, etc. Knowledge of network topologies. Experience coordinating service requests with appropriate IT teams. Experience with operating industrial laser and thermal printers. Knowledge of coding with programming languages (such as SQL, HTML, PHP, ASP, etc. ) is a plus, but not required. An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $21.05 and $31.60 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable.
