We are looking for a Technical Writer to be the author of procedures related to financial lending for agricultural products offered by the Associations.
The Technical Writer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, editing, and maintaining lending procedures and system user guides which support the organization's lending and financial services processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders, including legal and operational risk, to seek feedback, clarity
and ensure procedures are established within the organization’s compliance and risk standards. Research, prepare, review, and edit lending and financial services procedures and system user guides Prepare procedures and user guides using standardized templates and according to the Associations’ style guide.
Ensure the content is written in a clear and logical way that allows the greatest comprehension for the reader. Work collaboratively to monitor and communicate deadlines and uphold service level agreements. Influence procedure innovation by evaluating and incorporating industry best practice to create efficient and effective procedures. Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business

Work with project leads to develop requirements work plans, identify task dependencies, develop estimates and determine resource skill requirements, support risk management and change management activities. Drive innovation, concept backssments, maintain up to date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies and software development best practices. Lead the Requirements Definition Process for assigned work to business system analysts to produce, analyze, specify and communicate business, system and implementation requirements.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements effectively based on business value, risks and constraints. Design N-Tier systems that utilize web, mobile and desktop applications as well as window services, database and reporting for internal and customer facing systems in the gaming industry. Minimum two years of experience in Architecture and strategy including Applications, Infrastructure, and Data within a complex, matrixed and global business environment. 5+ years' experience working within the Microsoft Stack including;Net, C#, ASP. NET MVC, ASP. NET Core, Web API, WPF, Window Services, Signal R, SQL Server, HTML5, Modern Java Script Frameworks with solid understanding of their ecosystem.
Minimum of one year experience working with Azure Dev Ops and implementing release pipelines and continuous integration and deployment.
