deployment, monitoring, and support. Principal activities will include development, maintenance, and test automation of internet-security-focused scanning tools using Golang, Terraform, and Ansible.
Linux and dynamic programming languages (Ruby and/or Python) or experience with NMAP or MASSCAN are a strong plus. Utilizes best practices and clearly defined standards, methods, and procedures. Will work closely with other team members and will be expected to contribute code within an Agile development framework. Job Description Core Responsibilities: Understanding networking, routing, and scanning principles. Partners with Ops and Product stakeholders to develop applications and tools in
a business/customer experience-driven framework. Bridges applications and tools with databases and interconnected systems through APIs.
Creates prototypes in a lean/agile manner to influence product direction. Documents development efforts through system design flows, data models, etc Performs complex and routine maintenance tests for designated areas of engineering. Identifies and isolates issues. Leads the integration of projects into operations including instrumentation, automation, standardization, and methods/procedures. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science Rquires 3+ years of related experience in a professional development environment. Experience with Go (preferred), Ruby, or Python. API development and secure proxy patterns go a long way. We manage, secure, and gate access to millions of devices. Experience with modern development tools: Git, JIRA, etc. Experience with Terraform and Ansible Strong knowledge of scanning concepts and network routing troubleshooting Knowledge of role-based access controlinteractionperience with rapid prototyping.
Experience with Agile or Kanban. Experience with Saa S and cloud-enabled environments is a plus.
