Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk Support or similar role Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking Experience with ticketing systems, remote desktop tools, and diagnostic utilities Familiarity with ITSM best practices, such as ITIL Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s
degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Compensation: As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, American Freight provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and cultural fit.
