Research inclusion of models for defeating asymmetric and emerging threats via persistent and stealthy distributed, large area presence capabilities; stimulation of suspect entities; and disruption and deception of potential hostiles. Conduct research to represent and make recommendations to integrate unmanned and autonomous systems in the NCTE, modeled after new technologies with the ability to sense, comprehend, predict, communicate, plan, make decisions, and take appropriate actions to achieve their goals.
