Key Tasks and Responsibilities Work with DISA and industry personnel to review and develop a comprehensive understanding of strategic services and solutions to include advanced networks, cloud infrastructure, data services, data management, artificial intelligence, cyber defense, quantum computing and quantum resistant cryptography Evaluate the impact of new technologies and develop recommendations for adoption.
Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements. Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices. Initiate, coordinate, and monitor technical and functional activities, including strategic planning, program analysis,
quality assurance, configuration management, workflow management, and productivity backssment. Attend program reviews, integrated process teams, and general outreach activities to promote DISA initiatives and obtain Combatant Command (COCOM) or other partner participation.
Provide technical support for pathfinders, proofs-of-concept, and prototypes in various areas. Develop specific program and individual project-level management activities, process improvement recommendations, technology evaluation plans, procedures, metrics, and associated documentation. Generate reports, compose memos, transcribe notes, research topics, and create presentations. Mentor and coach junior team members,
fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is desired. Strong knowledge and experience with emerging cybersecurity technologies. Proven ability to analyze technology, create reports, and deliver briefings. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking. Self-motivated and collaborative, with a track record of delivering results promptly. Certifications Do D 8570 IAT Level III and industry certifications may be required Security Clearance Do D Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance may be required Other (Travel, Work Environment, Do D 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.
