support to end users that IT support personnel cannot solve or are inherent to the engineered device. Additionally, you will become subject-matter expert, advocate, and trainer for M365 tools. You will actively contribute to process enhancements aimed at streamlining the services provided to the organization.

This position will provide technical expertise and recommendations on leveraging new and existing technology aimed at improving the overall efficiency of endpoint management. Expected Contributions Act as an SME for the desktop management toolsets (Ninja One RMM, Intune, Jamf, etc. ). Ensure that the institution’s endpoint devices are engineered/imaged properly for optimal performance

and security. Maintain, support, and troubleshoot a diverse range of desktop hardware and software applications, spanning across L2 to L3 support levels. Ensure currency of the device configurations.

Provide advocacy, support, and training for Microsoft 365 for the college community. Introduce new ideas and recommendations to enhance current processes, streamlining the deployment and operation of end-user technology items. Work with the College community and IT leadership to deliver Microsoft 365 support, promoting service enhancements and user satisfaction. Provide end-user training sessions. Collaborate closely with technical support analysts and other team members to expedite

the resolution of support desk tickets requiring advanced technical support.

Assist in the administration of the organization's patch management platform, ensuring all systems receive approved patches within designated timelines. Provide end user support through the ticketing platform, ensuring timely resolution of open cases according to designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Innovate by introducing new ideas and forward-thinking recommendations to enhance current processes, specifically streamlining the deployment and operation of end-user technology items, including imaging procedures. Ensure critical endpoint systems are backed up and tested in adherence to existing policies and procedures.

Provide technical expertise and recommendations on leveraging new and existing technology to improve overall efficiency. Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems and procedures. Actively participate in departmental or cross-functional projects as needed.
