The Systems Engineer is the recognized expert within the company,

who designs, researches, and develops highly advanced applications, which may result in new product/business opportunities for the company. The Systems Engineer leads efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings.

Qualified candidates will have a current CI polygraph at a minimum and the ability to pass a Full Scope Polygraph Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, evaluate, and modify end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle. Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer descriptions, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics. Ensure requirements comply with client requirements and government

standards through formal verification methods. Translate high-level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and work with other engineering disciplines to develop lower-level detailed implementation requirements.

Establish and coordinate development of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development. Design interfaces and bring system elements together so they work as a whole. backss performance using evaluation criteria and technical performance measures. Customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements. Participate in system conceptual design and documentation of the design concepts.

Translate high level product development strategies into system requirement specifications and works with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower-level detailed requirements. Participate in design reviews of components (hardware and software) to ensure applicability to the current system and traceability of requirements through compliance verification and validation. Generate system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures. Review test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participates in the testing process to validate requirements.

Develop cellular and networking solutions. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with the customer and key influencers in the customers organization. Works with customers to shape requirements to develop a fit for the Oceus products and solutions. Prepares customer solutions to include cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel within the organization.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, attending product workshops, and participating in professional societies. Qualifications and Requirements: U. S. citizenship Current TS/SCI security clearance Current CI or Full Scope polygraph (or must be able to obtain per site security officer) Bachelor's degree or equivalent in EE, CS, or CE Current Do D 8570 Level III certifications required (Comp TIA Security+, CCNP, or CCIE) 12-15 years of related cellular solutions experience with a bachelor's degree OR 10-12 years of related experience with a master's degree.

Experience developing 4G and 5G cellular solutions for customer proposals. Intimate knowledge of the requirements and challenges enterprises face with Dev Ops, IT Operations, Security and Compliance. Proven leadership, achievement, and matrix-management capabilities. Responsive to industry trends and opportunities that advance the overall strategy. Decisive leader with the ability to make decisions independently, quickly, and with little supervision.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
