This position will be full-time in office for training with the possibility of remote/hybrid after the training period. Responsibilities : End-User Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Respond to user inquiries and resolve problems via telephone, email, remote assistance, or in person. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical

problems. Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and system upgrades.

Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations. Document solutions to common problems and share knowledge with the team. Security Compliance: Ensure that IT systems and infrastructure adhere to security policies and procedures. Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security measures. User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on IT-related topics to enhance overall digital literacy. Create user guides

and documentation for common IT processes. Qualifications: Education: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; OR equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar IT support role. Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite. Experience with desktop and server operating systems. Knowledge of networking principles and protocols. Vm Ware / Hyper V  AD, Remote Desktop, DNS, Group Policy TCP/IP Networking, Firewalls, VPNS RMM Tools (Ncentral, Ninja, Kaseya, Automate, Autotask) Windows Server OS Management Patch Management IT Infrastructure-server, cloud, and networking Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms to end-users. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and share knowledge effectively. Willingness to mentor and assist junior team members.
