Job Description POSITION PURPOSE The position is responsible for identifying and implementing measures to reduce cyber risk in the Americas Service Centre environments centered around Operational

Technology (OT). By researching, designing, selecting and implementing various security features and controls applicable to current and future Supply Chain applications, this position will play an active role in driving down cyber risk without adversely affecting plant operations.

This role will also develop controls necessary to deliver specialized security features and procedures, alongside evaluating and documenting security requirements for computer systems and suggesting various solutions to meet the security strategy. MAJOR / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Central point of contact in the Americas Supply Chain Cyber Security for Industrial Plant Equipment infrastructure (PLC, Smart Devices,

Servers, Po F existing and future developments) Understand and communicate any changes of technology in the plant network, to develop jointly with IT cybersecurity arrangements with plant equipment suppliers and external contractors Define the capacity (with IT) needed to support the plant network to ensure no adverse impact operations Work with IT to define the process for BAU patching and lab testing to minimize impact to plant operations.

Drive the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities and formulate new ways of reducing the Time-To-Fix. Conduct threat and risk analysis and provide essential recommendations in coordination with IT. Plan and perform research, testing, evaluation, and deployment of security processes and procedures.

Responsible for collecting and analysing data and assisting in eliminating risk, maintaining application performance, and ensuring capacity of current and future supply chain applications. Create own tools and actively take part in the security architecture review of Client / Server technologies. Create and maintain connections with the wider Cyber Security functions, ensuring processes are in place to urgently respond to cyber security incidents in a timely manner. Conduct risk backssments and business impact analysis on new systems and technologies.

Maintain a positive relationship with all key partners throughout the business. MEASURES Delivery of integrated cyber security projects while maintaining application performance based on strategy and business need. Measurable reduction of cyber risk based on corporate measurements CHALLENGES Work with upcoming annual application developments, business as usual and hardware/software updates in standardize environment. Work in an industrial environment at CHEP service centres to manage testing of application updates. Role requires coordination with key contacts ensuring compliance to internal processes.

Requires working across time zones and cultures, with flexibility to attend meetings outside of normal daytime working hours due to global nature of the projects. Punctual support to ongoing projects. KEY CONTACTS Internal: Process Engineering (including existing application development team), Operations Team, IT Infrastructure Team and Global IT Security External: External Technology Development Suppliers, Hardware Suppliers QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics & Electrical or related field.

Working level experience in the functionality and security aspects of industrial equipment including PLCs. CEH desired EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years prior and relevant work experience in the Cyber Security field Minimum of 2 years prior and relevant work experience in Operational Technology (OT) technology / environments Experience in multi-facility, international organizations desired Experience in a diverse multi-cultural corporate environment desired SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Proven track record in area of Cyber Security.
