inception to completion. Supports IT Project Installation Planning. Assists with setting up and attending kick-off meetings for projects with customer and necessary stakeholders. Ensures all Information Assurance certifications and approvals are in place prior to proceeding with projects.

Assists with the development of the IT Project Plan and associated administrative tasks such as keeping all stakeholders (Government, vendors, etc. ) abreast of project status and upcoming meetings and milestones. Assists with assigning project team responsibilities. Assists with the development of the IT risk management plan. Develops IT communications plan. Documents IT change management plan(s) and

submit to the Government for review and approval. Creates and integrates the IT project schedule. Serves as the main point of contact for assigned projects. Works with the Government to assist in the creation of disaster IT Recovery /Contingency plans.

Identifies personnel, facility requirements, and resources needed (e. g. office work space, computer, phone, network access) and other requirements for installation and sustainment operations. Conducts IT Project Tracking and provides updates on project progression and upcoming milestones to all stakeholders. Assists the Government with execution and implementation of the IT project plan. Submits IT issues, changes, and potential risks

to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). Schedules and assists with on-site resource management of spaces, contractor personnel, and appropriate materials.

Facilitates and schedules team meetings, records and distributes minutes and other necessary information to stakeholders. Tracks and reports project status. Creates and maintains a wide variety of administrative databases, forms, excel spreadsheets, MS Project plans, and other mechanisms to assist with the tracking and facilitation of projects. Assists the Government with the IT scope definition and planning. Reviews and tracks status of projects, resources, schedules and prepares status reports. backss project issues and assists with the development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality and overall goals of the project.

Performs Communications planning. Performs Risk identification and submits suggested management plan to the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) for review and approval. Assists with managing Project Scheduling. Assists the Government project manager with project cost management and estimating. Assists with Quality planning and management. Performs day-to-day management and engagement of projects from concept to final implementation. Performs project integration management.

Organizes and coordinates the planning and production of all activities associated with projects. Performs Cost and Schedule performance measurements to ensure that proposed and implemented information systems/applications function as intended. Performs quality performance measurements. Ensures that all suspense dates are met. COR shall be advised in writing two (2) business days prior to a suspense date when the suspense will not be met. All mitigating factors shall be presented to COR concerning suspense not being met. COR will determine action required to either meet the suspense date or establish a new suspense date.

Tracks and ensures all assignments are completed as reported to higher authority of suspense date. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. Four (4) years Project Management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Projects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) certification Shall have experience managing multiple simultaneous projects (typically 20+) within Defense Health Agency (DHA)/Military Health System (MHS) Domain. Certifications and education: Current Computing Technology Industry Association (Comp TIA) Security +CE (enrolled in CEP) Certification is required.

NHJ CE training/certification required prior to privileged access being granted. This training differs for each position depending on the computer environment he or she will be working and is included in the training. Must meet at time of award all Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level I requirements of the IA/Cyber Security Workforce Improvement program. Shall meet at time of award and maintain all certification and training requirements for the Journeyman level of Specialty Area 75, Strategic Planning and Policy Development.
