Drug Screen Working Knowledge and understanding of medication used in treating psychiatric disorders. WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Exempt (salary) position; primarily Monday through Friday daylight hours (8:00am - 4:00p) with rotating evening shift (1pm-9pm) as part of a team.
Some weekends and holidays may be required. Will provide on call services on a rotating basis ($200.00/day). Administer injectable medications, as needed, according to schedule.
Provide education on smoking cessation, diet and nutrition, medications, diabetes, heart disease, etc. Teach prevention skills building to persons served to help manage and improve physical healthcare needs.
Provide outreach, case management, advocacy, and other needed services to clients in any environment including: the street, shelters, hospitals, homes, apartments, personal care homes, inpatient hospital, and rehab settings. Collaborate with treatment team to support techniques that are consumer-first and include trust and respect Majority (90%) of the work will be conducted in the community Ability to develop treatment plans based on consumers stage of change for identified problems
