Base Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year What You WILL Be Doing: Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems.
Resolve user-reported issues using remote control tools and technical support skills. Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure. Participate in IT-related projects, contributing to the improvement of our IT services. Support the administration of Office365, Azure, and Share
Point environments as needed. Provide first level support for VPN. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience in an IT support role, Help Desk or related field. Familiarity with Office365, Azure, and Share Point.
Enterprise Link server and SQL server support is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be in the Kansas City area, as this position includes both remote and on-site responsibilities.
