The clinic specializes in various degrees of heart failure with a focus on improving our patients' quality of life and optimizing and improving their disease process. There is a strong focus on providing guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) and implementing the newest evidence-based care. Clinic leadership will work with you to ensure you are supported
during your orientation process and tailoring the process to meet individual needs. What you will do You will work closely with our advanced heart failure MD and advanced practice providers in managing patient medical issues as they arise and additionally, providing our patients with the resources necessary to obtain their critically needed medication therapy.
You may provide infusion therapy for patients in the clinic requiring diuresis. In this critical role, you will be a part of a strong interdisciplinary team that includes MDs, APPs, RNs, and MAs. The ITSA will manage all IT related Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance requirements, which include ensuring all hardware / software solutions are maintained in addition to all required audits, logs, and inspections. The ITSA will also provide routine user-level support for corporate IT systems.
Primary Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripherals. Ensure limited user access and permissions on computer systems are imposed and maintained. Provide technical and product support, and assist with setup (email, browsers, printers, files, etc. ). Facilitate and coordinate user account creation and modification.
Manage user support and coordinate with systems administrator when assistance is required. Ensure network compliance and report deviations. Remediate hardware outages, system outages, and issues that could lead to an outage.
