Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the solution (people, process and technology) meets the project objectives and is aligned with business and IT strategic direction. Work with project leads to develop requirements work plans, identify task dependencies, develop estimates and determine resource skill requirements, support risk management and change management activities. Drive innovation, concept backssments, maintain up to date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies and software development best practices. Lead the Requirements Definition Process for assigned work to business system analysts to produce, analyze, specify and communicate business, system and implementation requirements.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements effectively based on business value, risks and constraints. Design N-Tier systems that utilize web, mobile and desktop applications as well as window services, database and reporting for internal and customer facing systems in the gaming industry. Design multi-tier web applications for customers and internal users using ASP. NET, MVC, SQL, Web Api, RESTful Web services, Java Script frameworks and j Query.
Ensure technical teams are following standards and policies while implementing new features. Manage and oversee development teams to ensure technology aligns with the design. Lead efforts to reengineer and optimize business processes and systems by backssing business needs and developing, proposing and implementing technology solution options. Effectively identify and manage requirements conflicts and issues to resolution. Measure and track quality of business systems analysis work. Effectively develop and maintain innovative products and be able to handle high velocity development with several projects active at any given time.
Perform other tasks and duties as needed and/or requested by management. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, MIS or other related field is required. Minimum two years of experience in Architecture and strategy including Applications, Infrastructure, and Data within a complex, matrixed and global business environment. 5+ years' experience working within the Microsoft Stack including;Net, C#, ASP. NET MVC, ASP. NET Core, Web API, WPF, Window Services, Signal R, SQL Server, HTML5, Modern Java Script Frameworks with solid understanding of their ecosystem.
Minimum of one year experience working with Azure Dev Ops and implementing release pipelines and continuous integration and deployment. Strong understanding of SOA, Micro services, SOLID & Io C design principles. Demonstrated hands-on experience with. NET platforms both leading developers and providing technical guidance. Web development in Java JRE development a plus. i OS and Objective-C development a plus. Knowledge and Abilities Requirements Ability to communicate technical information and ideas so that others will understand.
