Your Main Mission: Provide academic, simulator, and inflight training to ASE operators for RC-135 fleets commensurate with requirements stipulated by current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), aircraft manufacturer technical orders, Do D/USAF Higher Headquarters (HHQ) local guidance, and applicable syllabi. Back-end training may include non-ISR-related aircrew duties such as safety or emergency procedures but is focused on ASE-related crew duties. Provide in-depth data and analysis of training accomplishment, needs, current status, and effectiveness via daily and monthly metrics specific to Programmed Flying Training (PFT) scheduled versus accomplished, effective versus non-effective and other variables as needed by the Combat Training Squadron (CTS)/FTU) leadership.
What Sets You Apart: Bachelor's degree and four (4) + years of relevant experience or Associate's degree and eight (8) + years of relevant experience (In lieu of degree, experience may be considered). Must have flown on the RC-135 within the last four (4) years. RC-135 experience is required.

The Senior ISR Support Specialist serves as an advisor to squadron and group leadership, and develops processes for backssing readiness as well as briefs readiness to senior leaders. They will also provide expert input on policies and procedures for accomplishment of program health, status, and overall effectiveness of ISR Operations systems, sensors, collection platforms, and processing, exploitation and dissemination activities.
The individual will have a great understanding regarding force development of Airmen from multiple specialties, and will provide expert knowledge on the consolidation of the group's ISR mission essential training
tasks, identification of supporting organizations/activities, documentation of lessons learned, and mitigation of negative impact to operational activities.
