UCHC staff in the areas of infection control, first aid, AHA, BLS, treatment of patients with HIV, treatment of patients with Hepatitis, and other chronic diseases. Delivers mental health and administrative related trainings to support the operations and mission of the UCHC's delivering health care within NJDOC.
Provide training, consultation, technical assistance, and program development/evaluation needs to include infection control, TB, first aid, Fit Testing, AHA and BLS trainings for UCHC staff and NJDOC officers. Responsible for collaborating with the UCHC's Infection Control Physician and the Infectious Disease Program to develop effective training programs in compliance with all
regulations. Responsible for collaborating with UCHC Executive Leadership to identify trainings related to mental health and UCHC administrative functions. Develops curriculum for all trainings to include audio visual, and written materials.
In consultation with UCHC leadership, effectively and appropriately initiates a process of consultation, needs backssment and systems analysis to identify goals and objectives that facilitate change, as indicated by feedback and supervisory observation backsses the training and curriculum development needs of UCHC staff and actively shares knowledge with program staff, as indicated by feedback and supervisory observation. g.
