May conduct basic and applied research to evaluate adaptability
of computer software and hardware to aircraft development, design, test and manufacture. Applies systems engineering principles to solve complex technical problems.
Leveraging a team of disperse technical capabilities, leads efforts to identify root cause and corrective actions associated with complex technical capabilities. Identifies technical solutions to deliver required capabilities to the warfighter. Develops the technical approach beginning with the requirements definition, through develop and subsequent test ultimately providing proven capability to the fleet.
