This announcement may be used to fill multiple positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop test planning documentation for an emerging weapons program Forecast test assets and range requirements Integrate with program offices and prime contractors Act a test director during mission execution Brief and debrief executing aircrew on mission requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have and be able to maintain a SECRET clearance Familiarity

with instrumentation, range, aircraft, aircrew, data and safety constraints associated with developmental test Experience with developmental testing in a highly classified environment Experience or familiarity with MRTFB testing at locations such as Eglin AFB, Nellis AFB, Edwards AFB, China Lake NAS, Point Mugu NAS, White Sands Missile Range, and others Ability to communicate clearly to multiple stakeholders and resolve competing test resource requirements Self-Motivated to learn a new system under test and be proactive to meet program requirements DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance Experience with USAF and USN fighter/bomber operations and weapon systems Test Pilot School graduate

or Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun) graduate Experience developing creative strategies to successfully achieve high-paced testing milestones REQUIRED EDUCATION: Masters in applicable discipline and at least ten years of acquisition experience including at least six years of T&E experience (Technical degree preferred) Candidate must be a U.
