software Knowledge of aircraft systems, flight controls, and performance parameters Familiarity with flight test instrumentation and data acquisition systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience with regulatory requirements and certification processes is a plus Pilot's license or experience flying as a crewmember is a plus Ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI Do D clearance, U.
