sales to customers and prospects. Manages overall key partner development and relationships with IBM, HP or Cisco. Builds strong customer relationships. Provides sales leadership and manages individual growth of team members. Implements national and area marketing events.

Responsible for area sales forecasts, quarterly reviews and funnels. Ensures highest customer satisfaction and retention. Develops and executes business plans. Responds and resolves issues affecting customer satisfaction (sales team, partner sales, services team, accounting, etc. ). Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent

with the organization's values. Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.

Supports and conducts self in a manner consistent with customer service expectations. Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises team of Account Executives. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and

disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Experience: 10 years experience in sales management. May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications.

Self starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills and ability to project manage with minimal supervision. Superior communication skills via presentations, written and oral communications. Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
