Service includes data integrity, support, design and implementation related to hardware, software, printing, network, file share and IP telephony.
Assists with data design, programming, support, data analytics and related reporting in a Microsoft on-premises and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Performs technology hardware and software procurement and assists with accurate equipment inventory management. Works with other departments to test, schedule, monitor, and participate in
the installation of hardware, software, patches, and updates. Maintains awareness of all internal standards and procedures, industry trends and new technologies to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Protects organization's value by maintaining information and data confidentiality. Prevents unauthorized access to information, assets, or restricted areas and report any attempts. Maintains documentation, guidelines, and installation procedures to facilitate ongoing support and maintenance. Maintains effective communications with employees and external partners. Responds to customer requests by identifying and resolving in a timely manner. Uses
hardware and software diagnostic tools to monitor performance and perform problem determination in order to resolve issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in related field. At least 5 years of Information Technology experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, with ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels. Occasional Western PA travel required.
