Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system functionality. Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed. Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard company data and prevent unauthorized access. Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access, ensuring proper

adherence to company policies. Perform regular system backups and recovery, ensuring data integrity and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for troubleshooting and future reference. Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Administrator

or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11 and Windows servers.

Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V. Proficiency in creating and managing group policy. Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and VPN configuration. Experience with Azure is a plus. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Relevant certifications (e. g.
