Installs projections screens, plasma TVs and different types of speakers. Read blueprints and wire ATC racks. Provide technical support to users experiencing problems with the operation or maintenance of systems. Install and maintain VTC hardware and software to ensure quality and reliability and integration with conferees at other global locations. Provide client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the VTC or A/V equipment.
Provide daily management of site VTC and Conference Room systems such as scheduling VTC with external sites, configuring rooms to meet requirements for scheduled conferences.
Perform video capturing and transfer video to a media streaming server. Troubleshoot all VTC hardware and software issues and outages. Experience identifying strategies for addressing requirements, risks, and issues, and conduct detailed trade-off analysis of requirements against fiscal, schedule, and performance issues.
Resolve issues and create architectural vision. Ability to manage and improve critical models such as Business Reference Model, Performance Reference Model, Technical / Technology Reference Model, Security Reference Model, and Service Reference Model. Assist the Air Force in selecting technologies that address Zero Trust Architecture, emerging threats and vulnerabilities, facilitates continuous delivery of value, and improves upon existing security processes.
