include home health care, hospice and palliative care, and adult day health care. We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Metro Boston team! Position Summary: The IT Support Analyst is responsible for support and maintenance of all the technology equipment and various software products used throughout the organization, as well as assisting in bigger projects across all of Legacy Lifecare.

This position will be responsible and accountable for our technology systems, hardware, and managing IT daily operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the daily operation and support of company technology. Responsible for companywide computer and phone systems (for staff and residents).

Responsible for supporting staff with hardware and software needs and addressing problems.

Responsible for ensuring equipment is serviced. Maintain inventory records on all computer equipment and software. Facilitate staff training for software (new products and upgrades). Coordinate employee technology needs upon hire and at termination. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience working with computers, servers, networks, A/V equipment preferred Microsoft - Office 2016, 2019, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, 11 Windows Server 2013 - 2016. IT Certifications a plus. VMware experience. Network printer support, computer hardware troubleshooting.

Must be highly motivated, possess strong organizational skills. Professional customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
