a modern, scalable, and reliable workflow platform to modernize the Navy Enterprise Job Responsibilities: Help plan, develop, manage the implementation of enhancements to the NMCI BMC Helix infrastructure and derive customer-centric holistic views needed to select, transform, and modernize IT service systems.
Assist in the definition of relationships among current service systems to plan, design, adapt, or recommend replacement of existing service tools. Assist in defining the overall goals and deliverables for Network Transformation and Technology Refresh. The Contractor shall track technical issue resolution, and post-migration reporting status. Identify linkages, relationships, constraints,
challenges/problems, Use Cases, interoperability requirements, interfaces, and help articulate requirements for potential future projects. Perform analyses of requirements, high-level and low-level designs of the service system, refine service system requirements, review service system detailed architecture and specifications, and support the verification and validation system requirements.
Assist other engineers and analysts with the evaluation and preparation of recommendations for process and project improvements, system optimization, development, and/or acquisition efforts. Deliver internal presentations to both technical and non-technical government employees and deliver quality
status reports, white papers, solution documentation and Power Point presentations as required.
Provide support in evaluating the necessity, sufficiency, traceability, verifiability, unambiguity, affordability, and allocation of all new technical requirements. Provide support in evaluating new requirements against existing requirements for redundancy, conflict, expansion of scope, and overall clarity. Document change control decisions regarding technical baseline changes. Support process maturity backssments, schedule development, and overall program health reporting utilizing balanced scorecard methodologies. Assist with Technical Review Board (TRB) sessions to consider proposed CRs.
The TRBs shall provide configuration control recommendations and solution impact analyses that are of sufficient quality to yield sound architecture-based decisions, considering ECPs, emerging technology or performance enhancements, business drivers, costs and schedule, with resolution of integration issues. Utilize MBSE tools to assist in interfacing with supporting modelling tools (e. g. CAMEO) to provide for agile testing processes as system changes are evaluated and implemented.
