oversight of Sentinel ICBM (formally GBSD) Cyber Test and Evaluation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support to the Sentinel Combined Test Force (CTF) Lead Developmental Test & Evaluation Organization (LDTO) in development test and evaluation (DT&E) activities for AF Nuclear Weapons Center missile systems.

Specifically cyber penetration testing. Support Sentinel and or Minuteman III developmental test efforts to backss performance against stated cyber program requirements. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary government and contractor team to plan, test, analyze, and report through multiple program acquisition phases. Participate in all T&E phases outlined in the Do D Cybersecurity

Test and Evaluation guidebook Provide cyber test & evaluation expertise and technical guidance and information to the government. Monitor cyber testing to ensure product quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Observe designated testing and perform independent backssment and analysis of technical data and test results using knowledge of the requirements and traceable performance parameters. Review technical data to ensure compliance with system requirements and author a variety of products detailing independent backssment. Review test data for completeness, accuracy, and validity. Identify the potential attack surface/vectors for the system. Utilize a variety of Vulnerability backssment tools

to identify if security requirements are being met. Apply technical knowledge in specific areas to integrate test and modeling products and support weapon system evaluation related to areas of expertise.

Lead and mentor junior team members as assigned. Maintain cognizance of all assigned CTF/Test Team engineering activities. Support periodic reviews of test support and systems integration test results and test plan status. Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Integrated Test Teams (ITTs), and Working Groups (WGs) as appropriate. Provide technical support and advocate integrated approaches of engineering efforts and support of test activities for which existing guidelines may not be available or applicable.

Serve as a test team participant in updates to overall plans such as the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), System Test Plan (STP), Developmental Test (DT) Report, and other technical documents. REQUIRMENTS: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance Work is timely, efficient and of acceptable quality. Completed work meets project/program objectives Verbal and written communications are clear, concise, and at appropriate level Personal and organizational interactions exhibit and foster cooperation and teamwork, enhance customer relations, and actively promote rapport with customers Utilize resources effectively to accomplish mission, including ability to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines. Focused adherence to safety and security requirements. Must be willing to travel up to 10%. REQUIRED EDUCATION: A Bachelor of Science degree. At least six years direct work experience or four years direct experience and an Associate's degree can be substituted for a Bachelor degree.

CISSP certification is required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Cisco and other comparable network products/technologies Penetration testing certification Current access to cybersecurity compartments is highly desired Experience in working on AFNWC strategic ballistic missile programs is highly desired Experience in working with Do D organizations, cyber test organizations and/or prime contractors is highly desired. Familiarity with test & evaluation planning and processes consistent with Do D acquisition directives and policies is highly desired. Familiarity with ICBM weapon systems and related subsystems/equipment, their projected use in the military, and methods of testing is highly desired.

Familiarity with cyber ground and flight test conduct, data analysis/evaluation, modeling and simulation, technical report preparation, and administrative aspects of ground and flight test programs is highly desired DESIRED EDUCATION: A Master's degree in a related field and 10 years of experience that includes cybersecurity test and evaluation is highly desired. Eight years' experience can be substituted for education beyond the Bachelor's level if waived by the government.
