to join our expanding IT Department. The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for providing general IT support to customers and staff of Cobb Technologies. The position is responsible for first level resolution for hardware, applications, and network connectivity; as well as, products and services that support networks, client/server systems, and PCs.
Ideal Candidates will exhibit: Resourcefulness, patience, and willingness to seek assistance as needed Ability to listen, confirm, re-assure, and respond in a professional manner to customer requests Working knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Microsoft M365 administration (Exchange, Azure AD, SPOL, and
Office applications). Prior experience in successful outcomes handling difficult situations. Analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a help desk environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up on open projects, driving toward completion Associate Degree or Technical Certificate and/or 1-3 years' experience in a help desk environment required Microsoft, Comp TIA, or other product specific certifications a plus.
Flexibility for occasional afterhours support and travel within the state as needed. Primary Functions of the IT Systems Analyst: Provide first-level contact and resolution for diverse hardware/software systems. Resolve as many user-reported
issues as possible. Provide technical assistance on the set up, configuration, documentation, and deployment of various office technologies in diverse customer environments Support deployment of VOIP systems.
Update service tickets with appropriate time, travel, and action details. Update client documentation as needed Escalate issues as appropriate to next tier of support.
