effectively with other team members and vendors Be proactive in identifying and fixing potential problem areas Provide emergency after-hours support as part of a scheduled on-call rotation Provide periodic after-hours support for scheduled maintenance activities Assist with non-networking related engineering and operational customer obligations as needed All other duties as assigned Skills: Must have Cisco Wireless and Palo Alto experience, Cisco wired experience is a plus Experience deploying and managing LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies Strong knowledge in implementation and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASA devices Working knowledge of other enterprise class switches (L2/L3), routers,
load balancers and firewalls Proficient in network routing protocols like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, HSRP Ability to configure and troubleshoot VPNs Technical expertise in network, storage, virtualization, and compute across multiple vendors Experience with diverse environments Experience and Education: 4+ years administrating enterprise environments with 24x7x365 uptime requirements 4+ years deploying and integrating solutions BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator Certification (PCNSA)
